In collaboration with Halter’s Digital Innovation team, we developed a proof-of-concept for a web-based configurator to support the early feasibility analysis of real-estate projects. The tool enables rapid exploration of alternative building programs and combines data-driven construction-cost benchmarks from the swiss market with CO₂ emissions analysis to provide early estimates of project performance. Designed around minimal user input, the configurator supports developers and general contractors in evaluating different design scenarios and making informed decisions from the earliest stages of a project.

Originally developed as an internal innovation project within Halter, the concept subsequently evolved into an independent digital platform, Aneecy. The evolution of the project and its development into the current platform can be explored at aneecy.ch.
